MY 3 COACHING Principles
1. Self-Awareness
The first step to change is self-awareness. If you aren’t aware of what is holding you back, how can you move forward?
In order to make a change, you have to become radically self-aware. You have to become aware of the thoughts you are having, your environmental and societal conditioning, your emotions, the sensations that are happening in the body, and your limiting beliefs.
The societal and environmental conditioning we grew up in, and the things that happened to us from the day we were born until around age 12 are programmed into our subconscious mind. This programming follows us into adulthood and is running the show (without us even knowing it). Science shows that our subconscious mind takes up 95% of our brain power, which means we are creating most of our life from our subconscious mind and not our conscious mind. The only way to change your life is to identify how your childhood trauma and programming are keeping you stuck.
I help clients:
Become aware of their thought patterns, coping mechanism, ego and childhood wounds.
Create new and better coping mechanisms.
Identify their outdated programming and limiting beliefs that are keeping them stuck.
Identify and heal their triggers.
Identify their inner child’s unmet needs and teach them how to reparent themselves.
Build a daily mindful practice
2. Nervous System Regulation
The only way to heal is to feel. And our emotions are felt through the body.
Emotions can get stuck in the body if we do not allow ourselves to process them. I tell clients all of the time: you cannot think your way out of an emotion you have to feel your way through it (and it is felt through the body). Unprocessed trauma/emotions cause a dysregulated nervous system. When we are living in a dysregulated state, our mind and body are in “survival mode”. Meaning: we turn on our fight-or-flight response, which primes the body for surviving rather than thriving. Living in a constant state of fight-or-flight leaves no room for growth or forward thinking, you are just doing everything you can to make it through each day. In order to heal, you have to learn how to regulate your nervous system and create safety within in your body. The more safety you create in your body, the more capacity you have to feel unprocessed emotions. Once your body starts to release suppressed emotions, the easier it becomes to regulate your nervous system and stay more regulated the majority of the time. The more regulated your body is, the more capacity you have to start taking steps toward the life that you desire.
I help clients:
Identify when their nervous system is in a dysregulated state.
Create a sense of safety within their body and themselves.
Regulate their nervous system with somatic tools.
Release suppressed emotions with somatic facilitating.
Create a sense of peace and calmness within themselves and their body.
3. SUBCONSCIOUS & EMBODIED ALIGNMENT
This is where the real magic happens. After you become self-aware and learn how to regulate your nervous system, then your mind and body feel safe enough to step into a new way of being. You feel safe enough to step into the person you truly desire to be.
To create the life and the person you want to become, you have to train your mind (brain) and body (nervous system) to believe that it has already happened before it happens. I know that sounds kind of confusing and counter intuitive but we do not become what we want, we become who we are.
We have the ability to reprogram our subconscious mind and nervous system through mediative and somatic practices. This is where subconscious and embodied alignment come in. To be “in alignment” means your mind and body are aligned with your soul’s desires.
I help clients:
Reprogram their subconscious mind to be in alignment with the person and life they are trying to create.
Reprogram their body to be in alignment with the person and life they are trying to create.
Deepen their relationship with their higher self (intuition).
Create meditative and embodied practices to help make them feel like they are stepping into the person they desire to be.
one-on-one coaching
Each session is tailored to the clients individual need. The sessions can include trauma informed somatic facilitating, nervous system regulation, emotional releases, meditation, subconscious reprogramming, inner child & reparenting work, and energy healing. No two sessions are the same and whatever is being called to look at at the time of the session is what we will focus on. The goal of each session is to complete any imprint (unresolved trauma response) that is occurring in the body and then help the body step into blueprint ( the body’s most natural and healthy way of being).
4 Month Mentorship: $3000 (payment plans available)
Meet every week for 60 minutes. Voxer access to me Monday through Friday from 9:00 - 5:00 PM EST, I respond as much as needed. I will make any mediations or videos needed for extra support. Zoom calls can be recorded per your request and sent out after our sessions. You get access to any courses/masterclasses I currently have available. You will also have access to anything I am offering during our time together. A minimum of a 4 month commitment.
